and also                                             still in no particular order

Going through this process made me realise that it would be far easier to make a list of the very, very few people I have not enjoyed working with, for to be honest almost everyone I have encountered on a film set has been of like mind and amiable disposition.  It's hard to be otherwise for if you don't collaborate with generosity of spirit, you certainly stand out.  This means that really almost everyone deserves to join the favourite colleagues list and not appearing on it is down to lack of space and my poor memory and not any other reason.  So, with that apology underlined, if I had them, there would be pictures of Melvin Lind, Paul Lowin and Caspar Campbell - my other long-time assistants;  Jamie Harcourt - Camera and his father, David, also a Camera Operator;  Alex Thompson and Jonathan Harvey - DOPs;  Sound Mixers Brian Simmons and Chris McDermott;  Vic Vine and Brian Llewelyn - Editors;  Clive Jackson, Lucy Brown and Dave Morgan - Camera Assistants;  Sandra Shepherd and Gigi de Courcy Swoffer - Chief Make-up Artists;  Geoffrey Forster, Chris Burt, Cathy Green and Sheila Simpson - Producers;    Roddy Barron, Mike Proudfoot, Mike Bulley, Mike Fox and Colin Corby - more Camera Operators;  David Garfath - Operator turned Director and Mike, his DOP brother;  Dennis Lloyd - Grip;  Macdonald Martin, Ron Fry and Laurie Greenwood - Production Managers; Dennis Abey, David Hughes, Roger Lunn and Harvey Harrison - Directors;  Geraldine Lake - PA;  Roger Hall and John Bunker - Production Designers;  David Allday - Art Director;  Callum Andrews - Construction Manager.  Then I haven't even started to think about the numerous Camera and Video Assistants, Props and Grips and Stand-by Construction Personnel and Electricians who, as with every one of those pictured and mentioned above, made going to work a pleasure and a delight.  Many whose names are missing will know they should be included - so send me a picture and I'll add it.
